Aims and Scope
This short course introduces undergraduate students on the craft of scientific/academic writing. There will be several short surveys and short writing exercises during the course.
Course Goals:
- To understand the difference between scientific writing and other types of writing.
- To get exposed to academic writing literature and online resources.
- To gain experience editing short academic texts.
- To understand the need for continuing professional development.
